We operate a moderate cancellation policy at The Hair Gallery

A 30% fee is applied for late cancellations, within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or 50% fee charged for non-attendance.

All services must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointment and before booking.
